Our Story

In 2008, America faced one of its biggest financial crisis. Towards the end of 2009, Jack Liu, the founder of 3JM, began acquiring bank-owned and foreclosed properties through the local auctions in Las Vegas.

Through this process, 3JM purchased potential investment properties, cleared the properties of any liens, and brought them to adequate move-in condition. The properties were then sold to investors. Although the housing market was low, people were often hesitant to invest due to economic concerns.

In order to alleviate the concerns for our clients, 3JM developed and launched the “3JM All-Inclusive Property Management Plan”. This plan was structured for 3JM to take on the majority of risks on behalf of the investors. 3JM would lease the property from the investor, take on the role as second landlord, and sublease the property to a tenant. With this plan, the homeowner is guaranteed a fixed rental income, alleviating the fear of uncollected rent. 3JM also takes over the costs for maintenance and repairs. All of 3JM’s properties were competitively priced and presented in decent condition. The demand for this investment product quickly surpassed the supply. Many of these properties were even sold before listing. Investors would be signing purchase agreements without even physically viewing the properties. 3JM did not raise the prices of these properties, despite the high demand. Because of this, a foundation of trust was established with the clients.

Company Transformation

In 2012, the inventory for auction properties significantly decreased. This made it difficult to find properties worth purchasing. Faced with the competition against bulk REO buyers, 3JM decided to start NVWM Realty to provide full brokerage services to meet our clients’ needs.

Because of the success of our “3JM All-Inclusive Property Management Plan”, we have expanded our marketing approach and added a property management department to offer more options and services to our clients. We have positioned ourselves to be the best real estate investing platform in Las Vegas and are continually looking for ways to improve our company.

We have developed a strategic business plan and have been carrying it out one step at a time.

  • All of our investors have had satisfactory profit gains.

  • As of 2020, our property management team handles over 700 properties, and our sales team has successfully closed over a thousand transactions. These numbers continue to grow at a very fast pace.

  • We have two primary parts in our business services practice – a full service real estate brokerage and a property management department. We also have a front office service team, back office administration, and accounting personnel.

  • The most differentiating factor between our company and others is that we require all of our real estate agents to work full time. We do not have any part-time agents in our company, and our real estate agents do not get involved with property management. This ensures that each member of our team is fully dedicated to servicing our clients.

Real Estate Seminars

In 2016, we began hosting monthly Las Vegas Investment Seminars in Northern and Southern California. During these seminars, we inform potential buyers about the value of Las Vegas, the transforming city, and the current real estate market outlook. We have been getting very positive feedback.

Real estate can be used for both residential and commercial purposes, while simultaneously serving as an investment tool. It can also be used solely for the intent of value appreciation. Investors can have peace of mind knowing that we are here to manage their property. All they have to do is wait on the return.

Outlook

The Chinese business name for NVWM Realty is named after its founder, Jack Liu. Mr. Liu uses his own name to guarantee high quality service for his clients.
