The NVWM Realty 3-Year Risk Distribution Plan was launched in 2019.
This plan was developed to bring peace of mind to our investors. In the case home prices decline, we share the loss.
If your property value fails to reach an appreciation rate of 3% or higher after three years of your purchase, NVWM Realty will reimburse you the entire three years of management fees paid. In addition, if you choose to sell during the allowed option window, we will list and sell your property for you, on us!
